Smuk is the brand of clothing and accessories that I make, these are all handmade mostly one-offs. The range just keeps growing.... so far there are kids dresses, bibs, flowers, aprons, hats, kids pants and tops ....
Mooglees are brand new handmade soft toys, made in Nelson, New Zealand from mostly recycled fabrics.
Each Mooglee is unique and is numbered and has an individual name. These are stuffed with dacron so are designed to be machine washable. The button 'eyes' are double stitched and have a button on the inside as well to minimise the risk of them coming off. I originally made the first one for my (then) 10 month old daughter and as gifts for friends, but they liked them so much I decided to sell them.
I have also recently started designing fabric on Spoonflower.com, so my designs are avaliable for sale from their site, see Fabric Design page. I have also started a shop on zazzle.com which sells products featuring my designs on them, see Other Products page.
I have been a lot more active on my blog lately - on a range of topics and I have featured quite a few other NZ handmade items that I love, so def worth a look!!
